Terms and conditions of use of the site srvo.ro are applicable to all users. Use of the site implies acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below.

srvo.ro is the official website of the SRVO (Romanian Veterinary Orthopedic Society) and is intended to ensure greater transparency and a good understanding of our association's activity.

SRVO (Romanian Veterinary Orthopedic Society) respects the Romanian legislation in force regarding the processing of personal data, in this case Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

Moreover, the data may be disclosed to the police or judicial authorities, according to the law and upon a request made by/to such entities, for example, if SRVO needs to prevent fraud on srvo.ro (services anti-fraud).

6. Member registration

SRVO offers you the opportunity to register in the association directly on the srvo.ro website, by entering your data in the I want to become a SRVO member!.

7. Online card payment

Taxes that can be paid online to SRVO:

congress, workshop, conference participation fee
participation fee for social events related to scientific activities

Payment Terms

all fees are payable in full in advance
we accept payment with all credit cards recognized by Libra Bank Romania
all fees related to the interbank transfer will be borne by the payer
you will receive a payment confirmation from the address marius@hvet.ro within 5 days of making the payment. If you have not received the confirmation please contact us at the same address.

Terms of payment cancellation and refund

any cancellation of a payment must be sent by notification to the SRVO at the email address marius@hvet.ro
It is NOT possible to cancel the payment of the SRVO membership fee paid in the current year.
in the case of canceling the payment of the congress or conference participation fee at least 6 months before the event, SRVO will return the full amount.
in case of cancellation of the payment of the congress or conference participation fee at least 3 months before the event, SRVO reserves the right to withhold 50% of the amount.
The congress or conference participation fee is NOT refunded if the cancellation occurred less than 3 months before the event.
The participation fee for social events related to scientific activities is NOT returned

Processing online payments

Online payments will be processed through the online payment processor NETOPIA.

These terms and conditions may be subject to change according to the decision of the SRVO Board and general meeting.
Payment of these fees to SRVO confirms that the payer has understood and accepts SRVO's terms and conditions policy.

8. Unsolicited commercial messages

SRVO offers you the possibility of subscribing to the association's newsletter.
SRVO offers you the opportunity to unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time, both through a link in each email sent, and by sending an email to marius@hvet.ro
